A defective compressor that enters the assembly line produces a defective unit — torque controls and automated leak detection cannot correct a compressor that was defective at the component stage. Verification is integrated at the unloading stage.

Vacuum Leak Verification
Our assembly process involves 88 precise procedures (41 indoor, 47 outdoor) and 10 rigorous inspections to ensure product quality. Indoor units undergo safety, power-on, noise, and appearance checks. Outdoor units pass safety, appearance, commodity, high-voltage leak, and dual halogen testing.
Packing Integrity Inspection
Completed units are inspected for packing integrity before container loading. Physical damage in transit originates from packing failures, not production failures. This step closes that gap.
Documentation Validation
Certification documents, test reports, Declarations of Conformity, and packing lists are verified against the order before the shipment is sealed. No missing documents are discovered at the destination port.
Physical Document Inclusion
The relevant test reports and certification documents are included in the physical shipment package. They arrive with the product — not separately by email, not at buyer request after arrival.

Every finished unit is tested individually under vacuum before packing. The test identifies refrigerant leaks that are invisible to visual inspection. Because the test is automated and applied to 100% of units, no unit leaves the facility without a passed test record. Batch testing or sampling would miss leaks that fall between tested units — iClima does not use sampling for leak detection.

Each shipment includes: certification documents applicable to the destination market, test reports, Declaration of Conformity (for CE-covered markets), packing lists, and traceability records. Documentation is confirmed at the quotation stage and verified against the order before shipping.
Every unit produced in the iClima facility is traceable through the production system. If a unit fails in the field, the production record identifies which stage it passed through, under what conditions, and which other units were produced in the same batch. This traceability is the corrective action mechanism behind the 73% reduction in missing part and incorrect assembly PPM.
Volume does not reduce quality when the quality system is automated rather than operator-dependent. The automated production steps — pipe welding, compressor assembly, welding, leak detection, packing — produce the same output on unit three million as on unit one. The visualized, digitized, traceable production system monitors the output continuously.
