An OBM inquiry specifies the iClimaAir brand — the product, certifications, and design are already finalised. The sales team confirms stock availability, unit price, and lead time. An OEM inquiry requires additional information: your brand name, packaging design files (or a request to use the factory's packaging design service), and your destination market for certification re-filing. Both inquiries start with the same form and receive a response within 24 hours.
