Compressors
Units are built with compressors from GMCC, Highly, Rechi, and Sanyo — the same tier-one suppliers used by global AC brands.
Refrigerants
Split AC lines use R32. Window AC uses R290. Both are low-GWP refrigerants meeting current EU, North America, and Gulf regulatory targets.
Leak Detection
Every unit passes automatic vacuum leak detection before packing. This applies to 100% of units produced — not a sample.
Sampling

Every unit passes automatic vacuum leak detection before packing — there is no sampling, every unit is tested. The production system is automated across pipe assembly welding, compressor assembly, welding, and packing. The result is a defect rate below 0.1% and a 73% reduction in missing part and incorrect assembly PPM.
