Six lines, all built in the same Shunde facility: inverter split (9,000 to 24,000 BTU), on and off fixed speed split (9,000 to 24,000 BTU), hybrid solar split (14,000 BTU), free match multi-split (18,000 to 42,000 BTU), light commercial cassette, ducted and ceiling floor (12,000 to 60,000 BTU), and window AC (5,000 to 24,000 BTU).
Yes. OEM covers your logo, packaging, rating labels and model naming on our certified units, and ODM adjusts the specification itself before tooling. MOQ is 100 units on 9K and 12K models and 50 units on 18K and 24K. Existing certificates are re-applied to your brand name, so the product does not need re-testing.
iClima covers 3 years on the complete unit and 5 years on the compressor, plus a spare parts allowance with each order. The industry norm from Chinese factories is one year on the unit and three to five years on the compressor. Ask for the written warranty document before placing volume, since PCB and remote control coverage differs between suppliers.
An inverter compressor varies its frequency to match cooling demand, while a fixed speed compressor runs at full load and cuts out at the set temperature. Inverter units save roughly 10% to 20% in running cost over long hours and hold temperature more steadily. Fixed speed units cost less to buy and are simpler to service, which still suits price sensitive markets and short run time installations.
CE for the EU, UL and AHRI for North America, CB as the global baseline, GMARK for the Gulf, RETIQ for Colombia, RTCA for Central America, and ISO 9001 for the factory quality system. iClima holds all eight and ships the documentation with each order.
Not as a standard product. Enclosure cooling is a separate category from comfort air conditioning and sits outside the current six line range. Buyers looking for a panel air conditioner manufacturer are usually specifying switchgear or control panel cooling, which is engineered to a heat load rather than a room size. If a project needs a cabinet air conditioner manufacturer, send the heat load, enclosure dimensions and IP rating and we will confirm at inquiry whether we can support it.
