Wall-mounted split systems require a penetration for refrigerant lines and drainage. Cassette units require a ceiling void for mounting. Ducted units connect to existing ductwork. For the after sales service, we will provide 1% free of charge spare parts for you, you can select 1% of the FOB total amount of the spare parts without charge. We will be responsible for 3 years on the whole unit and 5 years for compressors. Which is the longest in the industry.
