Standard lead time is 30 days from order confirmation across all product lines. If ordering from stock, lead time reduces to 14 days. Mixed-product orders — for example, inverter split AC for residential floors and cassette units for lobbies — run on one production schedule. Pricing is confirmed within 24 hours of inquiry.
iClima accepts low MOQ across all product lines. There is no large minimum commitment to start. For OEM production orders, our MOQs are: 100 units for 9k/12k BTU, and 50 units for 18k/24k/30k BTU. Sample orders for project validation have no MOQ and are built and shipped within 14 days.
