SEER A++/A+++ (EU) and 25 SEER2 (NA) ratings are carried by the underlying product, not the brand name, and transfer to the OEM version.
No. OEM units carry the same dimensions, refrigerant line sizing, electrical specification, and installation manual content as OBM units. The installation process — including the 3-step window AC fit — is identical. OEM buyers receive full installation documentation in their preferred language.
For OBM orders, iClima provides a standard manufacturer warranty of 3 years on the complete unit and 5 years on the compressor, plus 1% FOC spare parts. For OEM private label buyers, terms are confirmed at the order stage based on destination market requirements; iClima provides 1% FOC spare parts, comprehensive technical support documentation, and replacement parts availability. The factory defect rate is below 0.1%, verified by 100% automated vacuum leak detection on every unit.
